Location: Central London
Salary: £34,500 per annum
Hours: 50 hours per week

Shift Pattern

• Thursday & Friday: 7:00pm - 8:00am

• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00pm - 8:00am

We are recruiting for an experienced Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in Central London.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys building relationships with residents, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests

• Monitoring building security and access control systems

• Conducting regular patrols of the development

• Managing visitor access, deliveries, parcels and resident keys

• Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally

• Maintaining detailed handover reports and incident logs

• Supporting contractor management and permit processes

• Assisting with fire safety and emergency response procedures

• Ensuring communal areas remain safe, secure and well-presented

About You

• Previous concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, customer service or security experience within residential or 4/5* hotels required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good IT skills and confidence using email systems

• Reliable and committed to delivering a high level of service
