Location: Central London, W1
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week

Shift Pattern

• Monday: 7:00pm - 8:00am

• Tuesday: 7:00pm - 8:00am

• Wednesday: 7:00pm - 8:00am

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, security, customer service or residential property experience who enjoys delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a professional front-of-house service to residents, visitors and contractors

• Managing access control and maintaining site security

• Monitoring CCTV and carrying out regular building patrols

• Handling resident enquiries in person, via telephone and email

• Managing parcel, key and delivery processes

• Maintaining accurate shift reports and incident logs

• Coordinating contractor access and visitor management

• Assisting with emergency procedures and health & safety compliance

• Ensuring communal areas remain presentable and secure throughout the shift

About You

• Previous concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, customer service or security experience within residential or 4/5* hotels required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, well-presented and approachable

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant

• Comfortable working independently during night shifts

• Good written and verbal English

• Confident using email and basic computer systems
