Porter

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Porter / Concierge to join the team at a residential development in Central/ West London.

Rota:Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

Main duties:

• Conduct morning and afternoon inspections of all common areas.

• Ensure entrances, lifts, stairwells, corridors, basement and car park areas are clean, safe and well presented.

• Hoover and mop entrances including lift interiors.

• Remove litter from external areas.

• Maintain bin storage areas in a tidy and hygienic condition.

• Collect and remove refuse; ensure no rubbish is left in communal areas.

• Clean the basement weekly.

• Replace communal light bulbs in accordance with Health & Safety regulations for working at height.

• Test sprinkler system weekly.

• Carry out security and maintenance checks during each shift.

Requirements:

• Experience in a residential, concierge, porter or facilities role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

• Ability to work independently.

• Basic IT literacy (email and logging systems).

• Good understanding of Health & Safety principles
