Description

We are actively seeking temporary Residential Porters/ Caretakers to work for us across luxury residential apartment blocks in London. This would be to work on a zero hour contract, to provide cover assistance for holidays and annual leave.

Hours: 8am to 5pm or 8am to 1pm

Rate: £9.20 - £10 per hour + Holiday Pay

Duties:

  • Hands on cleaning duties
  • Taking out the bins
  • Being the first point of contact for residents
  • Signing for deliveries/ parcels and either logging or distributing them to the residents
  • Regular patrols to ensure there are no hazards, maintenance issues or security breaches
  • Answering email and telephone enquires

Previous experience within residential or hotels would be desirable, but not essential.
