Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to oversee the management of a luxury residential building.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday (very occasional Saturday); 8am to 4pm

Duties:

Helping with moving rubbish bins from block to collection area

Bin Store Area management

Replacing lights and general handyman duties

Moving of bulk rubbish

General maintenance - fixing locks, door handles, hoovers, etc bit of painting,

Weekly checks - Aovs, riser cupboards, sprinklers etc

Cleaning of car park with cleaning machine

Litter pick

Unblocking of rubbish chutes regularly
