Temporary Day Porter

PMR specialise in assisting luxury residential buildings across London with onsite staff.
We are currently seeking an experienced residential porters for a temporay on going opportunity based in W1.
This will be on an adhoc basis, with various shift patterns.

Duties required but are not limited to

Hours:
Flexible to both weekdays and weekends on a rota basis (at least 5 days per week)
Would need to be flexible to cover shifts during weekdays and weekends as per a rota basis.
Flexible to hours also which are - Early shift 7am to 3pm Middle shift 11am-7pm Late shift 3pm 11pm

Salary offered is between £9.20 - £9.50 + 12.07 % holiday pay per hour ( depending on expereince )

Duties:

Cleaning duties involved such as mopping lobby, wiping touch points, cleaning surfaces etc.
To provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of senior management.
To communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests and onsite contractors.
Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times.
To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner.
During working hours, you will be located at the reception desk except when carrying out any required work within the building.
