If you're early in your commercial career and want a real way into London's flexible workspace market, this one is worth a look. Our client is reshaping what a broker can be, and they want someone to grow with them and help shape what comes next.
About our client
Our client helps businesses find the right flexible workspace. They work with a wide range of office providers across every corner of the market, and their focus is always on asking the right questions, understanding what a client actually needs, and guiding them to a confident decision.
The role
As a Client Advisor, you will manage inbound sales enquiries, typically from clients looking for anywhere between 3 and 15 desks. You will qualify each enquiry, get under the skin of the brief, shortlist suitable options and guide clients through every stage of their office search. It moves at pace, and clear, helpful, relevant advice is what makes the difference.
What you'll be doing
- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and qualify requirements including location, team size, budget and timeline.
- Research and shortlist flexible workspace options that fit the brief.
- Present recommendations clearly so clients understand their options and next steps.
- Liaise with workspace providers to confirm availability, pricing, incentives and key terms.
- Attend client viewings where it helps, and keep in regular contact to maintain momentum.
- Keep your records accurate and up to date, and share market knowledge with the wider team.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Confident speaking with clients by phone, email and in person, with strong questioning and listening skills.
- Commercially aware and organised, comfortable managing several live enquiries at once.
- Comfortable working to targets and motivated by turning opportunities into outcomes.
- High attention to detail across client requirements and follow-ups.
- A proactive, resilient and team-first approach
- Some experience in the London workspace market, either broker side or client side.
- Familiarity with a CRM.
