The role is primarily hands-on and operational. The Maintenance Operative will not be responsible for scheduling PPMs, managing the maintenance programme or arranging contractors. These responsibilities will sit with the Estate Manager and wider management team.

The role also does not involve carrying out maintenance or repairs within individual resident apartments.
