Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 1:00pm
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Concierge to join the onsite team at a residential development.
This is a front of house position where you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with previous experience within residential property, corporate reception, hotels, hospitality or a similar front of house environment.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to residents, visitors and contractors.
- Manage incoming enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email.
- Assist residents with day-to-day queries and requests, escalating issues where required.
- Manage visitor and contractor access in line with building procedures.
- Receive and manage deliveries and parcels where required.
- Maintain a professional, organised and presentable reception area.
- Complete daily records, handovers and administrative duties accurately.
- Liaise with the Building Manager and wider onsite team regarding maintenance, resident or operational matters.
- Report any health & safety, maintenance or security concerns promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all building policies and procedures.
About You:
- Previous experience within concierge, reception, hospitality, hotels or customer service is preferred, although candidates with strong transferable skills will also be considered.
- Professional, approachable and confident when dealing with residents and visitors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.
- Highly reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for the front desk.
- Keen to learn and develop within a residential property environment.
