It is a fast-paced, people-first environment where great service is everything.
The role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be the face of the building and a driving force behind its day to day operations. It is a role that blends hospitality with real operational delivery. One moment you are making a member feel genuinely looked after, the next you are solving a building issue or showing a prospective client around. They are after someone proactive, level-headed and genuinely energised by problem solving.
What you'll be doing
- Create a great first impression for every member and guest, and build lasting relationships with the people who use the space
- Resolve member and building issues quickly, keeping service standards high
- Carry out daily building walks, working with the help desks and cleaning teams to keep everything on brand
- Manage help desk requests within agreed service levels, escalating where needed
- Help create and run member events that bring the community together
- Support the sales team by conducting tours for prospective members
Skills and experience
Essential
- Customer service experience with a real focus on the member or client experience
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Able to organise, multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
- A collaborative, empathetic team player happy to go above and beyond
Desirable
- Two years or more in a customer-facing role
- Industry or workspace knowledge
- An eye for detail, good presentation skills and a bit of strategic thinking
Why join them
You will join a supportive, close-knit team in a business that genuinely values great service and fresh thinking. There is real scope to shape how the space runs and to grow as the business grows. Expect a competitive salary, standard weekday hours, and a workplace designed to make people actually want to come in.
