You will oversee a multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards in operations, compliance, and resident experience. This includes leading a structured FM team, working closely with contractors and suppliers, and embedding a more visible, proactive approach to site engagement and performance.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining operational delivery with strategic influence, team engagement, and commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a proactive, visible on-site approach, improving consistency, standards, and team engagement
  • Oversee hard and soft services and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance
  • Take ownership of building safety, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with procurement to optimise suppliers and drive commercial value
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a multi-layer FM team, improving performance and accountability

Your Experience:

  • Senior experience in facilities management across a multi-site portfolio
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing managers within a structured FM environment
  • Experience driving change, improving performance, or increasing consistency across operations
  • Strong operational knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and building safety requirements
  • Commercial awareness, with experience in supplier management, procurement, or contract optimisation
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational influence
  • Experience within residential/BTR or customer-facing environments is beneficial but not essential

What's in it for you:

  • Opportunity to own and shape a national FM function
  • High level of autonomy and influence across the business
  • A genuine chance to drive change and improve performance at scale
  • Strong mix of strategy and hands-on leadership
