Our client is seeking a commercially driven and ambitious National Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance across a growing portfolio of Build-to-Rent developments nationwide.
Working closely with senior leadership and on-site teams, you will take responsibility for driving occupancy, lease-up velocity, and overall commercial performance across multiple schemes. You will play a key role in scaling leasing operations, supporting teams on the ground, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a high-impact position offering real ownership and progression, while remaining close to the day-to-day delivery of leasing performance. It's ideally suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys combining leadership with a strong commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing activity across multiple BTR developments nationwide
- Drive occupancy levels and lease-up performance across the portfolio
- Manage, support, and develop on-site leasing teams
- Implement strategies to maximise enquiries, viewings, and conversion rates
- Monitor and report on leasing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth and client delivery
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and leasing execution across all sites
- Support mobilisation and stabilisation of new developments
Your Requirements:
- Proven experience in leasing within BTR, PBSA, residential or a similar sector
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance, targets, and results
- Experience working across multiple sites or supporting regional operations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams to deliver results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, driven, and career-focused with a desire to progress
