- Description
PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for temporary caretaking staff to work at luxury residential buildings across Bristol.
Rate: £13.20 per hour (+ 12.07% holiday pay)
Hours range from: 7 to 12 hour shifts (typically 7am-4pm, 7am-7pm, 10am-10pm or 2pm-11pm)
Duties include:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
- To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
- General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells.
- Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
- Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter.
Preferably, you will have previous experience working in residential, 4-5* hotels or hospitality caretaking roles.
