Caretaker Wanted - East London

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and upkeep of residential buildings

• Ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy, and hazard-free

• Conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues

• Basic repairs and coordinating with contractors when required

• Supporting residents with day-to-day property-related queries

• Drive the tug machine for the bins

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred

• Full driving license (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Salary: £23,800 - £26,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Benefits: 1 day birthday paid leave, 1.5x overtime and 4% employer pension
