We are recruiting for a customer-service oriented Day Concierge to join the team in part of the opening phases of a 5* residence in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a brand new scheme and be part of the opening phases. You will be a dedicated professional who can offer a 5*, personalised service to all residents and stakeholders on site.
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Rota: 4on 4off, 12 hour shifts
About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all residents, guests, and visitors via phone, in person, email, and other communication channels, ensuring a consistently professional and welcoming approach.
- Welcome and greet residents, guests, and visitors, maintaining eye contact and a courteous, attentive presence at all times.
- Assist residents during move-in and move-out processes, anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth and controlled experience.
- Build familiarity with residents, including preferences, pets, and household details, ensuring a personalised service approach.
- (Subject to operational phase) Receive, log, store, and manage resident parcels and deliveries securely, issuing notifications via the relevant resident app and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage courier collections and specialist deliveries in line with building procedures.
- Handle resident enquiries and requests promptly, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local amenities, services, and key London destinations to support resident experience.
- Monitor building access, security systems, and general safety, escalating concerns where required.
- Conduct patrols as directed by the management team to ensure safety, security, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance issues, report faults, and liaise with contractors and management teams as required.
- Support emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols, in line with building policies.
- Maintain strict control of key management, including issuing, tracking, and recording of keys, fobs, and access passes (where authorised).
- Provide key holding services where applicable (e.g. for cleaners, dog walkers), ensuring full compliance with security procedures.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Ideally worked within luxury residential or 4-5 Hotels, in a similar front of house environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great communication skills, written and oral.
- Service driven
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Additional language skills beneficial
