An residential block management business is looking to appoint a Managing Director to take overall responsibility for the running and growth of the company.
This role will oversee all departments, including property management, operations, finance and administration, ensuring the business delivers high standards of service while continuing to develop commercially.
The position would suit a senior leader from the block management or property management sector who has experience running teams, setting strategy and managing performance.
The Role
Leading the business day to day, setting direction, managing senior staff and ensuring the company meets its financial and operational objectives.
You will work closely with owners and stakeholders while overseeing recruitment, performance, client relationships and long-term planning.

Senior leadership experience within property / block management
Strong commercial awareness
Experience managing teams and departments
Confident working with stakeholders and clients
Able to make strategic decisions
Strong problem solving skills
Skills and Experience
Senior role within property management or block management
Experience running a business unit or department
Experience with budgets and financial reporting
Experience with recruitment and team leadership
Knowledge of leasehold / residential property management preferred
