We are currently working with a well-established residential property management company who are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their growing team.

This role will support the wider operations and asset management function, assisting with compliance processes, documentation management, and internal systems. It's an excellent opportunity for someone organised and detail-focused who is looking to build a career within the property management sector, particularly within building safety and asset operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Operations team.

  • Manage and maintain documentation relating to building compliance and asset records.

  • Assist with processes linked to the Building Safety Act and wider regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate and track compliance documentation across residential developments.

  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal and external enquiries.

  • Support reporting and data management across internal systems.

  • Liaise with internal teams including property managers, compliance, and accounts.

  • Ensure records and documentation are accurate and kept up to date.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, compliance, or operations.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Confident managing documentation and internal systems.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple teams.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload.

Desirable

  • Experience within residential property management or block management.

  • Exposure to building compliance or Building Safety Act processes.
