Our client is searching for a night concierge to work at a luxury residential develoment in Greenwich, SE10
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on 4 nights off; 19.00pm - 07.00am
The Role:
The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk, manage all residential deliveries.
The residential concierge will be looking after all residents, so regular patrols of the scheme will be expected. Equally, patrolling the communal areas and ensuring it is always immaculate will be expected as part of the front of house running.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years hospitality or residential experience as a concierge
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
