- Description
Our Client are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join their team at a luxury development based in West London.
Working Monday to Friday, hours are 8am - 5pm.
Salary is £26,000 annually.
Duties include:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
- Inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
- Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
- Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter.
- Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
- Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
- Undertaking regular building patrols.
- Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
- General cleaning duties of communal areas.
