Day Concierge

Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury estate based in Richmond.

Working 4 on 4 off, with the hours of 7am - 7pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Salary is £27,500 annually (£13.74 per hour)

Other responsibilities include:

• To greet residents and visitors in a welcoming manner and conduct any security or identity checks.
• To direct individuals to where they need to go and / or be.
• Confidently act as main point of contact at the front desk to all incoming residents, visitors and contractors at all times.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
• Manage resident bookings and access to amenity spaces.
• Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Assist with resident deliveries, key management, customer queries and service requests.
• Familiarity with the building, history and location to be able to impart knowledge and provide directions and recommendations.
• Overseeing the safe keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Patrol of the building to ensure that it is in good working order.
• Contributing to the maintenance of the building, reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
• Liaise with drivers, cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Ensure that resident and guest spaces and the lobby areas are clean and tidy at all times.
• Always ensure effective security within the development, including the manning of CCTV.
• Dealing with lost property and locating missing items.
• Act as a liaison between residents and any department.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
• To cover for the Driver in an emergency.
• Provide thorough handovers for all colleagues.
