Night Concierge - SW11
4 on / 4 off | 6pm-6am
We are looking for a mature, personable, and dependable Night Concierge to join a private residential development in the SW11 area. This is a calm, steady-paced night role supporting a community of residents, who value a friendly, reassuring presence.
About the Role
You will work as part of a two-person night team, ensuring excellent customer service, building security, and smooth overnight operations. The role centres on service, safety, and resident support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors
- Conduct regular building checks and monitor security systems
- Assist residents with general enquiries and practical support
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Manage deliveries, contractors, and access control
- Ensure communal areas remain safe, tidy, and well-presented
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential concierge or hotel front‑of‑house settings
- A calm, mature, and supportive approach
- Someone who enjoys engaging with residents
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
What We Offer
- £38,000 per year
- 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour night shifts (6pm-6am)
- 1.5x pay on bank holidays
- 1.25x overtime rate
