Caretaker

We are currently hiring for a Caretaker to work on a residential building based in SW London.

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm (24 hours per week)

Salary: £18,470.40 per annum (London Living Wage)

Duties:

• Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
• Undertaking regular building patrols.
• Duties may include: Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.

Ideal candidates will have previous Caretaker or Cleaning experience working in residential or a similar environment.
