We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Experience & Events Assistant Manager to help deliver outstanding meetings and events experiences while driving commercial growth based on a high-end clients co-working development.
You'll own the end-to-end coordination of meetings and events, ensuring every guest interaction feels professional, welcoming and memorable. Alongside delivery, you'll support business development, partnerships and revenue targets, while helping lead the on-site team to operational excellence.
This role suits someone who thrives in hospitality-led environments, enjoys building relationships, and has a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Deliver a consistently high standard of service to customers and visitors.
Act as a senior ambassador, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Handle feedback and queries, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain exceptional presentation across all spaces.
Support customer onboarding and move-ins.
Meetings & Events Management
Manage meetings and events from enquiry through to delivery and follow-up.
Respond promptly to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Conduct tours, prepare proposals and manage the booking calendar.
Coordinate suppliers, invoicing and payments.
Support marketing activity, social media updates and local networking.
Build partnerships and a calendar of on-site events.
Contribute to revenue forecasting and performance targets.
People Leadership
Lead and support on-site team members, setting clear standards and expectations.
Coach, develop and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
Support recruitment, performance management and training.
Commercial & Compliance
Ensure all services are billed correctly and upselling opportunities are captured.
Support health, safety and compliance standards.
Ensure operations align with company policies, GDPR and AML requirements.

Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
First Aid and Fire Marshal training (or willingness to complete).
