Location: Reading + Brighton
Salary: £36,000PA + benefitsAbout the Role:
We're looking for a proactive Centre Executive to drive revenue, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee smooth daily operations. You'll supervise the Centre Operations team, support sales initiatives beyond fixed office space, and ensure the centre meets its KPIs. This role blends hands-on leadership, commercial focus, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with visitors and members.
Lead daily centre operations, including opening/closing, health & safety, and facility management.
Drive revenue through sales of coworking and events, achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Supervise, support, and develop the Operations Assistants team.
Track performance metrics, reporting insights and opportunities to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
