You'll oversee day-to-day centre operations, lead a high-performing team, and maximise revenue from coworking memberships and events. This role combines senior site leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring budgets and KPIs are consistently exceeded.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the on-site team, fostering a customer-focused culture.
Manage centre operations, from reception to facilities, ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery.
Drive revenue growth through memberships and events, monitoring budgets and costs.
Maintain health, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Build relationships with visitors, members, and community stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
