Salary: £40,000 - 50,000DOE + benefitsAbout the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on leader to drive exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial outcomes. You'll oversee day-to-day centre operations, lead a high-performing team, and maximise revenue from coworking memberships and events. This role combines senior site leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring budgets and KPIs are consistently exceeded.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the on-site team, fostering a customer-focused culture.
Manage centre operations, from reception to facilities, ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery.
Drive revenue growth through memberships and events, monitoring budgets and costs.
Maintain health, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Build relationships with visitors, members, and community stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, or customer-facing operations.
Strong commercial focus with experience in revenue growth and business development.
Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented leader.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Events management background
Highly organised, resilient, and able to work autonomously.
