Salary: £26,000-29,000PA depending on experience
About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, professional Centre Assistant to be the first point of contact for all visitors. You'll deliver a warm, hospitality-led welcome, ensuring every interaction is memorable and reflects a high standard of service. You'll also support day-to-day front-of-house operations, community engagement, and smooth running of reception.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and members with professionalism and warmth.
Manage reception, phone, and email enquiries efficiently.
Support onboarding, events, and community activities.
Maintain front-of-house presentation and communal areas.
Assist with administrative tasks, meeting room setup, and operational support.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.
