Concierge - Luxury Residential Development
Location: North London
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: £22,686.30pa (£13.85ph)
Contract: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a high-end residential development in North London. The role is centred around delivering exceptional service, ensuring the safety and security of residents, and maintaining the presentation and smooth running of the estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment through daily internal and external patrols.
- Monitor and report any health & safety or maintenance issues to the managing agent.
- Oversee and liaise with cleaning and maintenance contractors as required.
- Receive and securely store parcels and post, issuing items to residents upon ID verification (within reasonable size/weight limits).
Requirements:
- DBS/CRB Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid Trained (or willingness to complete training).
- Strong communication skills with a polite, calm and professional manner.
- Good IT literacy and ability to operate systems such as access control, CCTV and incident reporting software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, acting with discretion at all times.
