Tenancy Administrator - East London

PMR are seeking an experienced Tenancy Administrator, for our client, a provider of high-end Build to Rent residential properties. This role involves ensuring that residents have the best experience and reliably deliver the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with prospective residents during the tenancy progression process
• Conducting the tenancy progression process for all new tenancies commencing across the Portfolio
• Conducting referencing
• Preparing draft tenancy agreements for approval
• Scheduling Right to Rent checks
• Registering Deposits/ Managing Zero Deposits process
• Sending recommended information to residents
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements relating to new tenancies
• Conducting renewal process
• End of Tenancy management
• Draft Renewal paperwork
• Change of occupancy paperwork
• Keep internal records and systems up to date
• Build good relationships with on-site teams
• Inform on-site team of new tenancies
• General office administration tasks

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Level 3 ARLA Qualification
• Friendly telephone manner
• An understanding of the Build to Rent market
• Self-Motivated
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record
