Night Resident Host, London
£15,250 | 6pm-12am, 4 on 4 off
We're recruiting for a night resident host to join the team at a residential building in London.
Evenings in a building like this are usually fairly calm but you still need to be switched on. You'll be the person residents come to after hours. You'll keep the building secure, walk the floors and do your checks. If something does go wrong, like a leak, a noise complaint or a fire alarm going off, you'll deal with it sensibly and make sure the day team know about it in the morning.
It would suit someone who's worked evenings or nights on a concierge desk, in a hotel, in front of house or in building security and who wants something a bit more settled and people focused. Experience in residential lettings or property management would help, but it's not essential.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Looking after the reception desk, visitors and building access
- Walking the building and plant areas and reporting any issues
- Keeping on top of routine safety checks and logs
- Helping residents with whatever they need
- Keeping communal areas tidy and presentable
- Leaving a clear handover for the morning team
