We're partnering with a leading property services firm to find a Resident Services Assistant for a BTR scheme over 200 apartments in Brighton.

This customer-focused role sits at the heart of the resident experience, combining front-of-house service, resident engagement, lettings support and property administration. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping create a welcoming community while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Working as part of a close-knit onsite team, you'll deliver excellent customer service, coordinate maintenance issues, support lettings activity and help maintain high standards across the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first-class front-of-house experience for residents, visitors and contractors
  • Manage resident enquiries via phone, email and in person, ensuring a high standard of customer service
  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance requests, coordinating follow-up with contractors and internal teams
  • Support lettings activity, including enquiries, apartment viewings, check-ins and tenant onboarding
  • Support resident communications, community engagement initiatives and onsite events
  • Conduct regular building inspections, identifying and escalating any health, safety or security concerns
  • Maintain accurate records across property management and compliance systems

Your Requirements:

  • Experience within BTR, PBSA, residential property, hospitality, customer service or another resident-facing environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling enquiries, complaints and service requests
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems

What's On Offer:

  • 10% discretionary annual bonus plus a £500 quarterly review incentive.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional leave awarded for long service.
  • Contributory pension scheme, employee discounts and a range of flexible benefits.
  • Access to wellbeing support, Employee Assistance Programme and Virtual GP services.
  • Ongoing training, development and long-term career progression within a leading property business.
