- Description
We are looking for a Reservations Host to join our team and play a vital role in the success of our Short Stay offering for members booking stays of 7 + nights.
The Role:
- Oversee listings and reservations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and Front of House team to ensure rooms are prepared, payments are complete and arrivals run smoothly.
- Managing check in and check outs
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to help grow the short stay offerings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a residential, hotel, co living is essential
- Confident using computer systems and online booking platforms.
- Flexible and adaptable to working hours
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
