A rare opportunity to join an established residential property consultancy to lead their PRS function, working alongside other key stakeholders in the business to deliver a best in class service to its clients.
The role will lead and collaborate with residential teams to integrate systems and processes and constantly challenge the status quo to "do things better". With a curious mind, you should be able and interested to take a deep dive into the various residential functions of the business to improve on, and deliver, an exceptional brand, client service delivery, team experience and compliance.
With responsibility for cross functional teams, you should be an excellent people manager who is able to influence outcomes, manage conflict, drive change and find solutions.
Ideally with a background in residential asset management, you must hold relevant industry qualifications and have experience of large complex properties, cross-functional teams and residential as an asset class.
