What you'll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of residential buildings and acting as the main contact for clients, contractors, and residents
Overseeing maintenance, health & safety compliance, and ensuring buildings remain insured and legally compliant
Coordinating major works, issuing consultation notices, and arranging timely follow-ups
Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, service contracts, and day-to-day upkeep of the estates
There is the option for hybrid working with this role with some flexibility when client needs arise (think the occasional AGM or evening meeting). You'll need to drive, and experience in managing leasehold buildings is essential.
