Resident Host - Build To Rent (Full-Time)
We're looking for a friendly and proactive Resident Host to join a busy residential team managing beautiful rental homes. This is a front facing role, supporting residents, coordinating maintenance and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Location: Birmingham
Start date: 12 July 2025
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,147 per year
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (6am - 6pm)
Annual Leave: 23 days per yearWhat you'll be doing:
Greeting residents and visitors, supporting with enquiries
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
Assisting with move-ins, check-ins and resident inductions
Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and safe
Promoting community events and updates
Carrying out regular building and health & safety checks
Helping with parcels, access and general admin
What we're looking for:
Friendly, approachable and professional
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using IT (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus
Interest in property or real estate is great but not essential
