Description

Our client is a leading build to rent and residential block management company, delivering services nationwide who are looking to recruit a part-time multi skilled Site Technician for a luxury building benefiting from smart home technology, communal spaces and roof terraces. 

Working hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays; 9 hours per day, 27 hours per week

Knowledge and experience:
- Painting and decorating 
- Carpentry 
- Joinery 
- Tiling 
- Plastering 
- Basic electric 
- Basic plumbing 
- Gardening 
- Tech-savvy 
- IOSH/H&S certification/awareness 

Skills and requirements:
- Good attitude, time keeping and communication skills
- Able to communicate with clients and residents professionally 
- Flexibility 
- Reliable and trustworthy character
- Own transport & valid UK licence
