Lettings Administrator (Part-Time)
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy residential team managing premium homes. This role involves supporting the lettings process, resident communications and general site admin.
This is a part-time, fixed-term role until the end of October 2025.
Hours: 12 hours per week
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Working Hours: 12pm - 4pm
Salary: £28,147 per annum (pro rata to days and hours)What you'll be doing:
Responding to enquiries and booking viewings
Conducting viewings (in-person & video)
Helping with move-ins, check-ins, and check-outs
Supporting tenancy paperwork and repairs coordination
Liaising with the on-site team to keep everything running smoothly

Strong admin and organisational skills
Great communication-written and verbal
IT confident (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Friendly, professional, and keen to learn
Interest in property or real estate a bonus
