- Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service drive Resident Services Associate to be the first point of contact for residents at our Cardiff BTR development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people focused environment, is passionate about delivering a high standard of support and is able to prioritise their work load in a busy ever changing day.
The role:
- Coordinating move ins and move outs
- Triaging maintenance
- Hosting and helping run community events
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative processes and new tenant onboarding.
- Updating internal systems to keep the team informed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service roles; property, hospitality, or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT literacy with an ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
