We are looking for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join our BTR Team. In this dynamic and customer facing role you'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient lettings process from enquiry to move in, while supporting the overall resident experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.
The role:
- Supporting the lettings manager with negotiations and applicant management
- Processing applications, conducting reference checks and preparing tenancy agreements.
- Assisting with marketing and PR initiative and contributing to full occupancy goals.
- Delivering high quality service to residents and promoting a positive community feel.
About you:
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Organised and self motivated with great attention to detail.
- Willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
Key Skills:
- Comfortable using Microsoft office
- Previous experience in the residential lettings sector is desirable.
- Strong sales skills
