A leading BTR provider is seeking a Leasing Coordinator on a 6 months FTC at an exciting newly built large scale development in Birmingham. In this key support role you will be responsible for general leasing administrative tasks, viewing coordination, and diary management. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers from enquiry stage to post viewing tours.
The role:
- Diary Management
- Keeping system up to date and accurate for all lettings and rental data.
- Providing admin support to Leasing Manager and Leasing team.
- Liaise with wider site team to ensure flats are ready for move in.
Requirements:
- IT literate
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
