Portfolio Manager - East London

PMR are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy and growing team within a PRS department. This individual will take over management of an existing portfolio as well as assist with the mobilisation of pipeline stock.

This role requires experience with Property Management, excellent organisational and people management skills and showing a hands-on and proactive approach to the role. As well as the confidence to deal with key corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties across the UK
• Engaging with local agents for lettings requirements
• Being the first point of contact for Residents for any tenancy or maintenance related issues
• Working with the Tenancy Management & renewals team ensuring smooth tenancy onboarding
• Ensuring supplier invoices are processed and paid on time
• Organising mid-term inspections
• Dealing with deposit releases at the end of a tenancy
• Providing monthly reporting to clients and attending meetings in-person where required

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Previous experience of property management at a corporate level is desirable
• Confident liaising with clients & residents via phone, email and letter
• Ability to work under pressure with a degree of flexibility and to take control of own workload
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and IT skills although previous knowledge of the property management software is not essential
• Experience within a customer focused environment
