Our client is looking for an experienced concierge to join their team in a Luxury Residential Building based in Marylebone
About the role::
£30,000 per annum
4 on, 4 off shift pattern (8pm to 8am)
About you:
Previous experience as a Concierge or in luxury hospitality (hotel or residential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
A polished, professional, and personable approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues proactively
Immaculate presentation and a keen eye for detail
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors
Handling resident enquiries efficiently and discreetly
Coordinating deliveries, reservations, and resident services
Liaising with contractors, security, and housekeeping teams
Ensuring the smooth running of the lobby and communal areas
Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
