Property Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the vibrant heart of Canary Wharf. In this role, you will work client-side, overseeing the leasing and property management of a luxury building. Role: Property Manager
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary: £37,000
Location: Canary Wharf

Role Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, gathering feedback as needed.
- Organise and maintain all necessary documents for residents.
- Manage day-to-day resident and property needs, including scheduling reactive maintenance requests.
- Provide support to the General Manager during periods of absence.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage rent and utility arrears.
- Conduct biannual property visits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, keeping systems up to date.
- Report weekly and monthly to the General Manager.
Who are we looking for?
- A minimum of 1 year experience of working within property management is essential.
- IRPM Level 2 and/or ARLA Level 3 qualified or working towards this is preferred.
- A good overall education to 'A' Level / NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent (to include English & Maths), together with strong IT skills.
- Team Player and good communicator.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
