SALES MANAGER

 

Aims of the Role

  • Manage all operational and administrative aspects of the sales process to ensure a smooth delivery
  • Work hard to achieve Mystery Caller Criteria, Revenue targets and sales conversion
  • Adhere to Standards and Sales SOPs
  • Be solely responsible for sales cycle, broker relationships and maximizing building occupancy
  • Increase occupancy of recently opened sites as well as upcoming pipeline

Duties

  • To maintain and improve upon the CRM software
  • Pro-actively chase all leads
  • Prove consistent delivery of the sales process
  • Answer all incoming membership enquiries in a timely and accurate manner in line with targets
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships in order to maximise renewals and retention
 
 

Business Development

  • Constantly review the sales process to maximum exposure and conversion rates
  • Maximize the use of company CRM software
  • Deputise for the General Manager when needed
