SALES MANAGER
Aims of the Role
- Manage all operational and administrative aspects of the sales process to ensure a smooth delivery
- Work hard to achieve Mystery Caller Criteria, Revenue targets and sales conversion
- Adhere to Standards and Sales SOPs
- Be solely responsible for sales cycle, broker relationships and maximizing building occupancy
- Increase occupancy of recently opened sites as well as upcoming pipeline

Duties
- To maintain and improve upon the CRM software
- Pro-actively chase all leads
- Prove consistent delivery of the sales process
- Answer all incoming membership enquiries in a timely and accurate manner in line with targets
- Develop and maintain long term relationships in order to maximise renewals and retention
Business Development
- Constantly review the sales process to maximum exposure and conversion rates
- Maximize the use of company CRM software
- Deputise for the General Manager when needed
