We are looking for someone to take control of the sales journey for this stunning development in Sheffield. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate enquiries and deal with potential customers from their first enquiry to the point of sale. Duties will include:

• Speaking with potential customers on the phone
• Sending out information to clients
• Booking in viewings
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers

The successful person should be target orientated and enjoy exceeding KPIs and making sales. You should be confident when dealing with people and be presentable and articulate.

Ideal backgrounds include: estate agency, other property companies, student accommodation, hospitality, retail
