Are you passionate about creating vibrant communities and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a dynamic Leasing Executive to play a key role in a luxury Built to Rent scheme. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the property industry.

As a Leasing Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the entire lettings process, from ensuring apartments are beautifully presented to coordinating marketing efforts and negotiating rental agreements. You'll work closely with senior management to develop and implement innovative leasing strategies while creating a connected and thriving community for our residents. Your role will also involve compiling market reports and performance data to support informed decision-making.
We're looking for someone who is confident, organized, and proactive. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience in conducting viewings and negotiating offers is highly desirable.
Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off, mostly working on Saturdays)
