Our client specialises in managing leasehold blocks of flats and housing estates throughout the UK, with most of their portfolio in London.

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join their dedicated, supportive, and fun team in their London office. They are seeking a candidate to join their growing team as a Personal Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Take pride in your work and contribute positively to the smooth running of the office.
  • Demonstrate initiative and common sense.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Build relationships and rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Office Administration: Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, preparing meeting rooms, and welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking for the Director.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by the Director, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director to maintain and build strong professional relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the Director's schedule and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the changing needs of the Director and the office, taking on new tasks and responsibilities as required.

Salary: Up to £24,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
