Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus commission
OTE £70,000
Location: East London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 5:30pm

With over 100,000 square feet already operational and more projects underway, they offer a growing opportunity. Their spaces prioritise community experience, facilitating networking, hosting events, and offering functional workspaces, catering to all daily needs.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with lots of personality to establish meaningful, enduring connections and successfully finalise agreements while actively seeking new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Review inbound leads, qualifying clients for London properties accurately.
- Proactively find new sales prospects via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Engage brokers to foster relationships, educate them about our products, and maximize lead generation.
- Manage direct and broker leads to ensure successful tours and conversions, fostering relationships and providing education.
- Assess leads across various product lines and properties.
- Provide market trends feedback to co-founders based on broker, member, and potential client input.
- Attend events to cultivate relationships.
- Coordinate and attend property viewings as necessary to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Requires 2-4 years of experience in coworking or flexible brokerage.
- Demonstrates persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Offers innovative approaches to sales, deal structuring, and business advancement.
