Sales Executive
Flexible Workspace. Serviced Office. Coworking. Managed Office.
Package: £25,000 to £28,000 + commission
Location: Central London
Working Hours / Days: Monday to Friday - 3-5 days per week in the office
Type: Permanent, Full Time
We're looking for a motivated sales professional to be a meaningful member of the sales team for this flexible office comapny. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering that all important first impression in the best way possible, and making sure potential new customers get exactly where they need to be. Responsibilities include answering inbound phone enquiries, following up on broker enquiries, managing the CRM and arranging tours.

About you:
- Direct sales experience in the co-working or serviced office industry.
- Experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment
- 1+ years of professional experience in sales
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing & qualifying leads, nurturing, and negotiating deals
- Ambitious and passionate about personal development
- Clear and confident communicator, both externally and internally
- Analytical, able to understand the drivers of success in your role and plan accordingly
