- Description
Our client are looking for flexible, reliable tradesmen to complete various refurbishment projects within the social housing sector in and around London. Candidates will be assigned projects on a temporary basis, to assist with repairs and fittings.
Candidates will need a valid CSCS card, and have proven experience within the following fields ideally:
- Kitchen Fitting
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Carpentry
- Damp Removal/Repair
- Painting & Decorating
This role is based on a zero hour contract, to allow flexibility for our client due to their needs fluctuating through out the year. You will be employed on a PAYE structure, and rates offered will vary based on the roles required, between £180-£200 per day. Materials will be provided. Payment will be made weekly.
