You will play a crucial role in supporting your team, ensuring exemplary standards in customer service and compliance are consistently met. We seek someone who can embody the values and ethos of our organization, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
Your team manages a diverse portfolio comprising Developer/Freeholder & RMC clients, totaling over 5000 units, with continued growth offering excellent career progression opportunities.
Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of direct property management experience, including overseeing property managers. You will demonstrate proficiency in handling challenges related to Fire Safety, Compliance, Service Charge, People Management, and Client Relations, along with a proven track record in mentoring property managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enforce Key Performance Indicators to maintain high standards, implementing improvement plans and training programs where necessary.
- Prepare monthly reports on pertinent issues for presentation to C Suite and Leadership.
- Monitor and update the employee performance matrix monthly, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Champion customer service excellence, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Oversee major works processes, including issuance of notices and fee management, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate timely distribution of newsletters and seamless handover processes for new sites.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to the team, fostering strong client relationships.
Expectations for Your Team:
- Efficiently manage the portfolio, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
- Responsively manage electronic communications and breaches of lease, adhering to legal requirements.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and oversee site reports and engineering works.
- Uphold core values, contribute positively to company culture, and foster trust within the team.
- Manage contract orders, financial matters, and service charge budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices through regular site visits and training sessions.
- Conduct quality checks on client reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in property management principles and procedures, ideally MIRPM qualified with 5 years' experience.
- Strong motivation for continuous improvement and learning.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Familiarity with QUBE computer system is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience overseeing major works and Section 20 consultation process.
